Jon DeLuzio ASA CEA MRICS performs asset valuations for a variety of purposes including collateral financing, purchase price allocation, liquidation and corporate restructuring, risk management, depreciation analyses, IFRS/ASPE adoption and impairment analysis, financial and tax analysis and reporting. His financial reporting experience includes valuation work for FASB ASC Topics 820, 805, 350, and 360 and IFRS 3, and US federal tax experience involving US Treasury Regulations under §1.861.
